Wood Lock Medicated Balm


Use this medicated balm for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backaches, arthritis, and strains. Also, many people use this for aromatherapy as the smell can be uplifting and helps clear up the nasal passages. We have personally used this at the onset of a headache by rubbing it on the temples and forehead. In most cases this short� circuits the headache and it goes away.

NOTE: This is a large bottle, at 1.7 fluid oz., and is not the small 0.85 fluid oz. size that some places sell for almost this much. This product is similar, but much better and stronger than products like "Mineral Ice" and "Heat". It also contains more of the active ingredients and really works well.

The ingredients are: 17 gm. Menthol, 15 gm. Methyl Salicylate, 4.5 gm. Camphor, 6 gm. Turpentine Oil. All of these ingredients are used, either individually or in combination, in most of the analgesic/sports rubs. However, if you compare the labels you will see that Wood Lock Medicated Balm contains much higher percentages, especially of the Methyl Salicylate.
